At the western end of the Gulf of Corinth is the amazing Rio-Antirrio bridge. It is the longest multi-span cable-stayed bridge in the world. It was calm as we motored towards it. We called Bridge Control and they told us which spans to pass between. Hours later as we continued towards th Ionian we could still see it behind us gradually fading into the distance.
